  • Videos generated within the App

We only access content that you explicitly select.

  • Crash logs and diagnostics

3. Purchase Information

If you purchase a subscription:

  • Payment is processed by Apple
  • We only receive confirmation of your subscription status
  • We do not store payment details

  • Provide AI video generation features
  • Process and generate videos from your photos
  • Improve app performance and user experience
  • Fix bugs and technical issues

AI Processing & Third-Party Services

AI Processing

The App uses artificial intelligence to generate videos from user-uploaded photos.

When you use the video generation feature:

  • The photo you explicitly select is uploaded from your device to our servers and securely transmitted to our AI processing provider, fal.ai
  • Data sent: the user-selected image only
  • Purpose: to generate an AI video requested by the user
  • The transmission occurs only after the user initiates the generation action and provides explicit consent
  • No human reviews your content

User Consent

Before any photo is transmitted:

  • The App clearly informs you that your selected image will be sent to fal.ai for AI processing
  • The App explains what data is sent, who receives it, and for what purpose
  • You must explicitly agree before the upload and processing begins
  • If you do not agree, your data will not be transmitted

Use of Your Content

  • Your content is used only to provide the requested feature
  • We do not use your data to train AI models
  • We do not use your data for advertising or marketing

Temporary Storage

  • Content is processed on secure servers
  • Uploaded photos and generated videos are automatically deleted within 24–48 hours

Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services, including:

  • fal.ai (AI processing provider) – used to process user-selected images and generate AI videos
  • Cloud infrastructure providers – for secure data transmission and processing
  • Analytics and crash reporting tools

These services:

  • Process data strictly on our behalf and according to our instructions
  • Are contractually required to provide the same or equal level of data protection
  • Do not retain, use, or disclose your data for their own purposes

Data Sharing

We do not sell your data.

We may share limited data with:

  • Service providers (such as fal.ai) strictly to deliver the requested functionality
  • Legal authorities if required by law

Data Retention

  • Uploaded photos and generated videos are deleted within 24–48 hours
  • Non-personal usage data may be retained for analytics

No Biometric Identification

  • We do not perform facial recognition
  • We do not collect or store biometric identifiers

User Responsibility

  • You must have permission to use any photo you upload
  • Do not upload sensitive or unauthorized content

Security

We use commercially reasonable security measures to protect your data.
However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Your Choices

You can:

  • Control permissions (photos, etc.) via device settings
  • Choose not to upload content
  • Cancel subscriptions via Apple ID

Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Updates will be posted within the App.
